Trash is collected Every WEDNESDAY from the Black Trash Cans.
Recyclables are collected Every Other WEDNESDAY from the Blue Recyclable Cans.

Missed Trash Pickup

A Due Process Hearing in a Virginia HOA setting is a legally mandated process that ensures fairness before penalizing a homeowner for a violation. It protects homeowners by requiring prior notice, the opportunity to be heard, and a written decision from the board. Without conducting such a hearing, the HOA cannot lawfully assess fines or suspend rights.
Under Virginia Property Owners' Association Act (POAA) – Va. Code § 55.1-1819 – an HOA may suspend privileges or impose monetary charges on a lot owner for violations of the association's governing documents only after providing an opportunity for a due process hearing.
